Welcome to Houston Health Science Technology Academy! We are a student- focused, data-driven elementary campus that places the academic success of our children first. Our goal is for all students to achieve self-sustaining success and to leave a lasting legacy. In partnership with our parents and community, we are confident that we can achieve our goals.

We are one of the largest elementary campuses in Lancaster ISD serving almost 700 students each day.  In addition to our core course offerings, we also have bilingual learning programs for our students in Pre-K through 3rd grades.  All of the teachers and staff working at Houston are experienced educators and are passionate about their students.

We understand that the education of our children is most beneficial when there is a strong family and community partnership; thus, we encourage our families and neighbors to take an active role in helping Houston become an exemplary school. We encourage volunteerism, mentoring and support, so please do not hesitate to connect with us as we help our students to successfully earn More Than a Diploma!

A Special Message For Lancaster ISD Parents and Students

Unfortunately, on Sunday, July 2, staff and students learned about the tragedy involving one of our own students, Shavon Randle. Naturally, we extend our deepest condolences to Shavon's family during this difficult time. Our community is grieving right now and unfortunately, people who know and love Shavon have more questions than answers. Even though school is not in session, our students are still the priority and we remain actively engaged in our community to provide information and/or resources. On Monday, July 3, grief counselors from the leaders of the Lancaster faith-based community will be on site at the Elsie Robertson Lancaster Middle School Auditorium (located at 822 W. Pleasant Run Road) from 6 PM - 8 PM to speak with students and adults as needed.
